As we prepare presentations into a program we’re creating a unique and unprecedented opportunity for our OT networks now and for colleagues months or even years later accessing our program!

Working online may be less straightforward that a delicious corridor-conversation at a conference BUT it can connect and include people despite time, location, finances and is still primarily about people sharing their work, aspirations, learning, action etc (technology just happens to help connect us!)
If you’re a presenter – have a think about four steps below & email what you can from step one. Get in touch ASAP so we can walk through it and you’ll feel more clarify and confidence real soon!!!
1. EMAIL: a session title + photo + bio + any links, contact details, pre-readings, social media etc you’d like to include.
2. DECIDE: do you want to interact with participants OR just present?
(eg discussion on the day with participants OR moderate / respond to comments posted online after people listen to your talk)
3. DECIDE: do you want a session on WRD Sunday June 19th OR to pre-record and upload only on WRD
(eg set aside one hr timeslot on WRD Sunday June 19th OR prepare prior so we have it ready to upload and make accessible on WRD)
4. DISCUSS: Talk with Clarissa - there are lots of ways to share online! You might be familiar with some types of technology (eg Skype) and not others – it’s OK!
We’ll aim to find something comfortable and support you so your main focus is just your presentation vs the technology side. Examples of diverse options:
(eg you can talk didactically – eg record your talk, or talk to webcam)
(eg you can interact in interview – eg present and work through some Q&A in interview style)
(eg you can talk in an online class – eg for interaction with participants live)
